Help provide life-changing services to children and adults living with disabilities and to seniors and veterans in need by pre-ordering or purchasing tulip bouquets (grown locally at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm) at 40+ BLOOMFEST pop-up locations around Portland and Salem.
